| A former HR manager, Rita Maehling has more than 20 years of varied business experience. Beginning as a high school Spanish teacher and tennis coach, she transitioned into business and has worked in the areas of public relations, employee communications, quality improvement, training, leadership and organizational development, employee relations, staffing, and change management. During her tenure at manufacturer, Tennant, she trained and consulted with such clients as AT&T, Martin Marietta, American Crystal Sugar, Cargill, and Disney. She has given speeches nationally to groups including the American Society for Quality, Association for Manufacturing Excellence, International Institute for Research, Twin Cities Human Resources Association, and the National Association for Employee Recognition. Along with Tennant's former President/CEO Roger Hale, Rita coauthored Recognition Redefined: Building Self-Esteem at Work. Now Rita is ready to help YOU achieve high performance!
